SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

ENHANCEMENT/ALL OCCASION FLOWER PRESERVATION

Contact us by voicemail or e-mail to arrange for your complimentary telephone consultation. Leave your name and phone number (include area code). We will telephone you ASAP to discuss your choices and specifications, your mementos and to make arrangements for placing your order. If you are also shipping your special occasion flowers to us for an ENHANCEMENT... The least expensive method is through the U.S. Postal Service. Check to see when we will receive delivery, it may be the next day. If it is not, you must ship express mail. We will give you detailed instructions for their care during our telephone consultation. Sorry, but to keep our ENHANCEMENTS reasonably priced Waterford Past-Thymes cannot supply a packing box for the shipment of your special occasion flowers to us.

If you prefer that we use a favorite frame of yours, contact us as well.

WEDDINGS and/or GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Contact us by voicemail or e-mail. Leave your name and phone number (include area code). We will telephone you ASAP to discuss your choices and specifications and to make arrangements for placing your order. After the completion of the order, your "BRIDAL BOUQUET BOX" will be sent*, for the shipment of your flowers to us. (if the order is arranged AFTER the wedding, NOT TO WORRY...MANY ORDERS ARE...we will instruct you how to send the flowers to us.)

*Waterford Past-Thymes requires $100.00 deposit before the "Bridal BOUQUET BOX" can be sent.

If you live within a 20 mile radius of the Leesburg, VA area we can arrange to pick up your wedding flowers and deliver your framed preservation to you when completed.

BRIDAL BOUQUET BOX: for BRIDAL BOUQUETS, ATTENDANTS' BOUQUETS AND CORSAGES etc:

For your convenience (at no extra charge) we will send you our "BRIDAL BOUQUET BOX" with:

  • insulated cooler
  • ice packs
  • two sets of paper towels(s)
  • shredded paper
  • ziplock bag
  • printed instructions for the shipment of your flowers to us.

    Packaging Instructions:

    1. Being careful not to crush the flowers, wrap the flower(s) in supplied paper towels (to absorb moisture), then refrigerate.
    2. Freeze the ice pack. DO NOT FREEZE THE FLOWERS. This is a good assignment for the Maid-of-Honor, as it is not difficult, but IS important to the life of the flowers.
    3. As soon as possible after the event (usually Monday morning), pack the flowers for shipping:
    4. Place frozen ice packs in cooler shelf (they cannot be loose as they will crush the flowers).
    5. Take flower(s) OUT of the paper towels from the refrigerator. and wrap loosely with the second set of supplied paper towels, (attendants flowers, boutonnières, or corsages should be wrapped individually).
    6. Put name and address on each flower bundle with the supplied label(s).
    7. Add ribbons, fabric, invitation or other mementos and SEAL in supplied Ziploc bag. Fill the empty areas of the cooler with supplied shredded up newspaper to prevent unnecessary movement during shipment.
    8. Put cooler back in our "BRIDAL BOUQUET BOX" and secure with tape.

    IT MUST BE SENT BY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY!

    Please assign someone to this task. Again, the Maid-of-Honor is a prime candidate.
